If only we had a leader

Writing jst on the verge of a potential psychological breakdown, i seriously feel why the fuck are we fooling ourselves in the name of democracy. If autocracy was a disaster, wat we have now in the name of democracy is slow poison, the more time taken, the more assured the effect is. In a glorious land where examples of valour and justice wer beyond comparison, a land where we set examples in human civilisation, the land where we had a religion which didnt need any war to establish itself, a land which had its worth weighed in gold quite literally, we suddenly find ourselves surrounded by blood sucking hounds waiting for the next pound of flesh, even if it may be from its own kin. The last few months have only made me loose the immense respect i had for a man who i considered as the architects of our swanky life style and a country boasting genuine dollar billionaires. A man who was one of the last surviving statesman, a rare breed among the hounds. But that was long gone. starting from the muted response to the spate of scams, the indifferent approach to the mass loot. Shamelessly admitting "ignorance" in appointment of sensitive portfolios, he might as well said it in open media he doesnt know what lies between his legs.

For me he is as good as an umpire who is afraid to show the batsman the finger when it matters the most. My grandmother who never went to school and never stepped outside her kitchen had better hold over the household than the most powerful man in the second largest democracy. Strong words it may seem but thats precisely the emotion running in atleast a million minds as of now. So helpless i am that i sit down to vent it down at the middle of the night in a godforsaken blog, just to avoid another fukushima within myself.

Saying all this i seriously seem to run out of options and solutions. To choose between the devil and deep sea, has been the name of the game every single elections and am ashamed to say the least that i have participated in this game every single time ever since i got the license. Wen countries geographically inconsequential and less populous than the most populated rural constituency in this country make confident strides in global arena, do we really deserve to rest on the laurels of 9% growth. Bullshit is the word i wd like to give back to pranab mukherjee for his and the govt take on corruption and black money. If the finance minister has the audacity to shield tax havens and requires the highest judiciary to spank him to turn behind and watch what's happening behind his back, he might as well exchange costumes wid his more vociferous counterpart from his homeland.

Even as i write all this there is a big bad feeling that nothin, i repeat nothing and nobody is going to leash these hounds and just a matter of fact when the last human bone is chewed, the proverbial dog eating dog scenario will start an anarchy, which may leave a couple of hounds left at the last to stand guard a big pile of worthless remains. For the first time my brain refuses to give me a single solution to how to get out of this bloody mess we have got ourselves into.

Am damn sure, the prime minister aint reading this blog, but trust me if i were him i wd not require a irrelevant guy's midnight emotional outbursts to realise there is indeed much more which lies, than what he feels between his legs.
